Jewellery / Returns Policy

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of purchase. Please advise us that you are returning the goods by email to returns@braithwaitesjewellers.com. The goods need to be returned in good condition, complete with the original gift box and packaging also in a good condition. Returns cannot be made for any article which has been customised or personalised (e.g. engraved), unless the article is faulty. All articles are checked before despatch to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive in good condition, so should be wrapped and protected in a similar manner to which they were despatched to you. You must ensure that you use insured and trackable mail to ensure proof of delivery.
